BOSS Librarian is a librarian, not a mentor. It helps you explore and prepare; a human mentor brings perspective, judgment, and an ongoing relationship. We encourage you to have both.

By using BOSS Librarian, you agree to use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. BOSS provides educational information and resource navigation. It is not a mentor or a substitute for qualified legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
The library contains publicly available information and material created by BOSS from its team's experience. Public availability does not remove an author's copyright or license terms. Check original sources and current requirements before acting. AI can make mistakes, and BOSS does not guarantee accuracy or business outcomes.
Before subscribing, review the price, billing schedule, and applicable purchase terms shown at checkout. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Privacy policy
BOSS keeps your saved library, profile, conversations, and memories on your device, rather than maintaining a BOSS-hosted copy of that workspace. Using cloud AI sends the content needed for your request to TWiN, including relevant conversation, document, memory, and profile information.
TWiN Cloud processes AI requests without retaining prompts or responses. Information sent between BOSS and TWiN Cloud is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
Payment and communication services have separate data handling: Stripe processes purchases, and the subscription service receives your subscription key to verify access. Completed conversations are automatically emailed when your Profile has an email address; otherwise BOSS asks for one. The mail service and your email provider process that copy. Support messages and optional questionnaires go to their respective recipients and services. Those records are separate from local workspace storage and TWiN AI processing.

Data storage & AI choices
Your saved BOSS workspace stays in this browser on this device. Export a copy you want to keep; clearing site data, using private browsing, or losing the device can remove local records. BOSS cannot restore a workspace it does not hold. Deleting local records does not delete copies already exported or emailed.
Where local AI is available, it processes requests on your machine. TWiN Cloud processes them remotely under the no-retention policy above. This release currently offers TWiN Cloud only; local AI selection is not enabled.
Local storage and cloud processing describe different things: choosing cloud AI sends information off your device for the response, while your saved workspace remains local. Email, checkout, support, and questionnaire records follow the separate services described in the privacy policy.
